Withdrawal and Crypto Payouts
- How do I withdraw funds from my J. Bravo account?
All withdrawals are processed as crypto payouts. Navigate to the Withdrawal section, enter the amount, select your withdrawal method (gateway), and provide your external crypto wallet address.
- Is the withdrawal process automatic?
No. All withdrawal requests are manually reviewed and processed by our Billing Team for security.
- How long does a withdrawal take?
After you submit your request, you will receive a confirmation email. The manual review typically takes up to 24 hours. Once approved, the processing time depends on the specific blockchain network's confirmation speeds.
- How do I track my crypto payout?
Once your withdrawal is approved, you will receive an email confirmation. This email contains the Crypto Transfer Details, including the unique Blockchain Transaction ID. You can use this ID on the relevant blockchain explorer (like Tronscan or Etherscan) to track your funds.
- My withdrawal request was rejected/cancelled. What should I do?
If you receive a "Payout Request Cancelled" email, the funds remain in your J. Bravo account. The most common reason for rejection is an incorrect wallet address or network detail. Please carefully recheck your wallet address and withdrawal method before submitting a new request.
Security Alerts and Account Safety
- I received a "Security Alert: Email Address Changed" email.
This is a notification to confirm that the primary email address on your J. Bravo account has been successfully changed. If you made this change, you can safely ignore this email.
- What if I DID NOT change my password or email?
This is a serious security concern. You must contact our support team immediately via live chat or support@linktojbravo.com. Log in to your account and change your password again to secure it.
- I received a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Code.
You receive this email because someone (likely you) is attempting a login or sensitive action (like withdrawal) that requires your account to be secured with a One-Time Code (OTP). The code is valid for 10 minutes. Never share this code with anyone.
