J. Bravo provides investment management services and expert-led financial education courses.

The Service is offered solely for your personal and non-commercial use

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

       4 Investment Disclaimer

J. Bravo is not a bank. Investment involves risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your invested capital. You are solely responsible for all investment decisions made on the platform. 

      5 Financial Rules

All deposits, withdrawals, and transactions are subject to the platform's stated minimums, maximums, and charges, as outlined in the General Settings.

Withdrawals are processed according to our internal security protocols and may require additional verification.

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, including, but not limited to, fraud, money laundering, or violating any applicable laws.

       6 Termination and Governing Law

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where J. Bravo is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
